  • Once the parcel is picked up, cancellation will not be permitted

Refund Eligibility

  • Full or partial refunds may be issued if the order is cancelled before pickup
  • No refunds will be provided once the parcel has been picked up
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unavoidable conditions

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect pickup or delivery details provided by the user
  • Incorrect parcel size, weight, or vehicle selection
  • Failed delivery due to receiver unavailability
  • Service refusal due to prohibited or unsafe items

Refund Processing

  • Refund processing time may vary based on the payment provider
  • Bank or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted
  • Shipzo Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

Service Cancellation by Shipzo Logistics

  • Unavailability of vehicles or delivery partners
  • Safety, legal, or operational concerns
  • Incorrect or misleading order information

In such cases, eligible users may receive a full or partial refund based on the service status.
